I’m a young entrepreneur, speaker, and leadership coach – and Dubai’s youngest AI startup founder at 14, building Mengo Engine, an AI marketing engine for founders and small businesses. Alongside it, I’m passionate about empowering young people to build confidence, mindset, and leadership early in life.
Building real AI products at Mengo Engine, and mentoring young people to think like founders from day one.
Live, engaging webinars that dive into topics like confidence, mindset, and growth, empowering you to take action and keep progressing.
Hands-on sessions that equip you with real-world skills in leadership, communication, and productivity to create immediate, impactful change.
On a mission to help others unlock their true potential. From co-founding ventures to sparking inspiration, I’ve built platforms that connect, uplift, and empower people across the globe.
For me, success isn’t just about passion, purpose, or hard work – it’s about creating a lasting impact. That’s what fuels my journey every single day.
For the past five years, I’ve intentionally taken on challenges – not because I had to, but because I chose to grow. With bold action and unwavering commitment, I’ve pushed boundaries, broken limits, and turned vision into results.

“To reach the moon of success, you have to fill your rocketship with fuel of failure”.
At 14, I founded Mengo Engine to solve a problem I kept seeing in every business around me: marketing was slow, scattered, and inconsistent. Mengo is an AI marketing engine that turns a few business inputs into a complete marketing system – 365 days of content, channel-specific strategy, campaign frameworks, and lead conversion flows.
What used to take a team of marketers months now takes minutes. Mengo is built for solopreneurs, startup founders, agencies, and small businesses who want to build faster, market smarter, and convert better.

Mengo Engine is my flagship venture — an AI marketing engine built to help founders and small businesses move faster, market smarter, and convert better. Everything I build starts from the same belief: that technology, used with intention, can compress years of learning into months of action.
“I loved Jainam’s talk! He made me realise that I can do anything if I believe in myself. After listening to him, I started setting goals for myself and actually taking steps towards them. He really helped me understand that I have the power to change my future.”
“Today’s workshop with Jainam was amazing. He was so confident, calm, and composed – it was truly impressive. Jainam is also very humble and down-to-earth, which is rare these days. At such a young age, he’s already achieved so much, and it’s incredibly inspiring!”
“After attending Jainam’s workshop, my child has become more confident, focused, and excited about learning. His way of engaging young minds and inspiring them to reach their full potential is incredible. Jainam doesn’t just teach; he sparks change.”
